William H. (Bill) Doyle graduated from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1931 with a BS degree in Chemistry. He was immediately employed by the Factory Insurance Association (FIA) and assigned to the Syracuse NY Office. In 1940, he was transferred to the Eastern Regional Office (ERO) in Hartford CT as a supervisor. In 1945, he established the ERO Chemical Department. He retired from FIA in 1973.
