Bill Thompson and Jim Young prepared three types of grilled meat products: Impossible burgers and brats, Beyond Meat burgers and brats, and regular beef patties as a control. Members and guests enjoyed sampling and comparing these products.
Formal announcement of officers followed. A total of 12 votes were recorded of 50 members eligible to vote. All were in favor of the slate of officers presented by the committee.
The elected officers for 2023-2024 are:

Mr. James (Jim) Young, Fluor, Vice-Chairman, 2nd year
Mr. Kevin Pait - consultant, Treasurer, 1st year
Mr. Devon Clymer –Jacobs Engineering, Secretary, 1st year

Ms. C M Walker - past Chair (2021-22) past secretary (2022-2023 and multiple years prior)
