Process Safety Workshop

Dow is Doing Good & Exceeding Expectations

For the second year in a row, Dow hosted a highly successful Faculty Workshop in Freeport, TX. On June 12 - 15th, 21 faculty members from 19 different universities were trained in process safety, part of the Undergraduate Process Safety Learning Initiative (UPSLI).

We are very pleased that our guests found the 2017 Dow Process Safety Faculty Workshop interesting and rewarding.

Dow is a Founders’ Circle Campaign Benefactor, whose early leadership support is helping to advance the safe and responsible practice of chemical engineering and shape the future of the profession.

Dave Greganti, Chief Process Safety Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company and Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) Advisory Board Member, acknowledged his appreciation by saying, “We are very pleased that our guests found the 2017 Dow Process Safety Faculty Workshop interesting and rewarding… My sincere thanks go to all those who participated in as well as helped sponsor such a successful event.”
