Funnel Allows for Fast and Safe Filling
The FALCON full-size funnel streamlines the refilling of intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes. The funnel is made of chemical-resistant polyethylene (PE) that is suitable for a variety of applications. It fits on top of standard IBC totes, covering the entire top surface of typical 330-gal IBCs. Its domed base allows liquid to run off through the large drain opening. The funnel is available with an optional lid and coarse strainer.

The i.Comp 8 and 9 compressors are oilless air compressors that deliver air up to 160 psi and 20 ft3/min. By using a direct drive motor that does not require pump oil, these models reduce maintenance and waste disposal time. The oilless design also makes these pumps suitable for food manufacturing applications. The enclosure design allows for multiple pumps to be used side-by-side as needed. The pump units have a compact footprint that is less than 1 m2.

The system can fine-tune airflow for an application and reduce the number of blowers required, helping to improve energy efficiency. Portable Gas Detector Adds Hydrogen Detection
The GS700-Hydrogen portable infrared gas leak detector offers hydrogen (H2) and natural gas detection. It can detect pure H2 or hydrogen blends. The detector can be equipped with optional sensors, including oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). It is compact and lightweight, weighing 1.4 kg. The gas detector is suitable for applications such as indoor and outdoor leak detection, purging, and pipeline gas testing.

The onsemi AR2020 is a 20 MP rolling shutter sensor. It can capture images in 5K ultra-high-definition resolution, making small details visible. It has a frame rate of 15 fps, but can also provide live videos at 27 fps in full high definition. The rolling shutter sensor is useful for quality control, surface inspection, and laboratory applications.

Vibration Limit Switches Offer Reliable Level Measurement
The Vibracon LVL-M3 and -M4 vibration limit switches can detect liquid levels in tanks or protect pumps from running dry. They operate using a piezoelectric element that sets the sensor fork into vibration. When a liquid comes into contact with the fork, it changes frequency, allowing for level detection. The switches can distinguish between foam, air bubbles, and deposits while remaining unaffected by changing media properties. With no moving parts, these switches offer a long service life. It is useful for bonding substrates with different expansion coefficients, such as metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers, and plastics. It is also suitable for sealing and potting applications. It has a high elongation of 120–150%, a low tensile modulus of 1,500–2,500 psi, and a shore D hardness of 40–50. Optimal performance properties can be achieved by curing overnight at room temperature followed by four to six hours at 125–150°F. The product is available in a variety of packing options, as well as in premixed and frozen syringes and dual cartridges for gun dispensers.

The Desi Pak ECO is a plastic-free desiccant that adsorbs moisture in packaged goods. The desiccant uses nontoxic, water-based inks and adhesives to reduce its environmental impact and contains naturally occurring bentonite clay that is responsibly mined. The desiccant is highly adsorbent and comes in packets ranging from 1 g to 33 g. To further reduce the desiccant’s environmental impact, all packets are shipped in recyclable packaging with cobalt-dichloride-free (CDF) humidity indicator cards.

Foldable Crane Model Offers Versatile Lifting Options
The TMF-1000 is a truck-mounted foldable (TMF) crane. It maintains the desirable folding design and heavy-duty construction of its predecessor but is designed for shorter reaches and lighter capacity. The crane can be mounted on a truck bed or trailer for field service work, maintenance, loading/unloading applications, assembly operations, or positioning tasks. The crane has a manual extension boom that reaches from 43 in. to 70 in. horizontally with a lift height of up to 8.5 ft. It can lift 1,000 lb when retracted and 500 lb when extended. When not in use, the boom folds down completely. Standard operation relies on a manual hydraulic hand pump, but various power options are also available.
