The objective of the American Electrophoresis Society (AES) Plenary Session is to highlight significant contributions to the field which have occurred over the past five years. Such are intended to offer overviews of research that has been ongoing at centers or in the laboratories of notable researchers emphasizing the development of significant new knowledge and technologies as well as offer insights for future research.
