Berrian Puma is a 20-year P&G veteran, currently at Clorox, leading R&D for the Burt’s Bees brand. Trained as a Chemical Engineer, Berry has gained extensive consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience in both upstream and downstream leadership roles in multiple R&D disciplines. He has held global R&D assignments in Venezuela, United Kingdom, Mexico, and US and is Bilingual (English, Spanish). Throughout his career, Berry has held diverse leadership roles spanning marketing and R&D functions and has leveraged his significant CPG experience in developing and implementing innovation strategies to drive brand growth. He has also managed and led R&D teams across formulated and assembled product categories. Berrian currently serves as an active board member of Trees Durham, a non-profit focused on combating climate change by creating a healthy, sustainable, and socially just tree canopy across Durham.
