David T. Seaton

David Seaton is the chairman and chief executive officer of Fluor Corporation, one of the largest publicly held engineering and construction companies in the world.  He was named Fluor's CEO and joined its board of directors in February of 2011.  In February 2012, he was elected chairman of the board.  David is a 28-year Fluor veteran. 

Prior to being named CEO, he served as the company’s chief operating officer.  He has also held numerous senior executive positions in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.  Additionally, David serves on the board of directors for The Mosaic Company as well as other business organizations including:  the American-Petroleum Institute; U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council; and the World Economic Forum's Partnering Against Corruption Initiative.  He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
