This article will summarize the results of AIChE’s biennial employment survey based on information collected from AIChE members via an online survey tool. The survey was sent out to members (both domestic and international) during the month of March. The article will provide tables of mean and median salary values based on age, experience, supervisory level, job function, geographical location, and industry, as well as charts to illuminate key trends. Where appropriate, the data will be compared to data from previous surveys. This article will be published in two forms: the print version, which will appear in the June issue of CEP magazine, and a longer online version, which will include more information, charts and tables, and detail.
