AIChE cooperates with other societies in joint Specialty Meetings covering a wide range of fields including instrumentation, energy, heat transfer and emerging technologies and materials. AIChE has become more active in sponsoring topical meetings and conferences. Historically, the Institute has sponsored such topical conferences as the Ammonia Symposium, and the annual Engineering and Construction Contracting Conference, and co-sponsors the National Heat Transfer Conference.
The inaugural OTC Brasil was a great success with over 10,000 individuals registered to attend, and 435 exhibitors. OTC Brasil is a biennial event. Please save the date for OTC Brasil 2013 held at Riocentro in Rio de Janeiro, 8-10 October 2013.
