Kinnesh Dalal is a General Manager for Operational Excellence/Health, Environmental, Safety for Chevron’s Latin America Business Unit. He is based out of Houston, Texas, USA. He is responsible for implementing centralized OE management system and providing functional expertise in the areas of HES management and people development across various countries in Latin America.
Previously, Kinnesh served as an Operational Excellence/HES Manager for Chevron in China from 2014 to 2016 where he was responsible for the safe startup of the Chuandongbei Sour Gas operations in Sichuan province. During the course of his 29-year career at both Chevron and DuPont, Kinnesh has held a number of HES Managerial and functional experts positions in Upstream, Downstream, Chemicals and Petrochemicals operations in Bangladesh, United States, India, Singapore and now in Latin America.
Kinnesh earned a bachelor’s of engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and has a postgraduate degree in Safety Engineering.
