Bonnie serves clients across sectors and industries, including financial services firms, health systems, insurers, Federal and State agencies, and NGOs. Her work focuses primarily on operational efficiency and organizational transformations and she has deep expertise in end-to-end talent management with a particular focus on hybrid-virtual operating models, employee engagement, capability building, leadership development and labor optimization.

 Recent experience includes:

•Leading McKinsey’s thinking around how employers and employees can work together to re-imagine how we work and engage with eachother to move resignation to retention and attrition to attraction.
•Developing McKinsey’s proprietary Virtualization Potential & Assessment tools used to provide data-driven insights and inform a hybrid-remote roadmap for clients seeking to transform their operating model during and beyond COVID-19. Bonnie has spent the better part of the last ~18 months working with clients globally to design and launch their hybrid-virtual operating models.
•Co-leading the Skilling@Scale service line focused on supporting clients in the design and development of workforce training programs to prepare for the next-normal, increase operational efficiencies and organizational health overall. Leveraging her expertise and experience in adult learning and hybrid virtual operating models, Bonnie works closely with her clients to not only design their operating models, but to identify and build the capabilities critical to long term success.
