The Disability Unity Community Convocation (DUCC) convened this year at the Spring Meeting in Orlando. DUCC's goal is to provide the AIChE community the opportunity to learn about the capabilities of its members with a history of a disability. This year's session is the first ever at an AIChE Spring Meeting.
Following the session, Bill Byers, vice president for the Energy, Environment, and Systems Group of CH2M HILL, sat down with Greg Pollock, HR, North America Diversity & Inclusion Lead, The Dow Chemical Company and Keri Gray, director, Rising Leaders Initiatives, USBLN (U.S. Business Leadership Network) to discuss the importance of inclusion and the issues involved in being disabled in today's workplace.
