MT5200 level transmitter

The MT5200 level transmitter is designed for use in challenging bulk-solids applications. A concentric waveguide directs the radar beam, alleviating divergence problems and echoes in tanks with narrow openings. Unaffected by dust or feed flow, the MT5200 accurately measures materials with dielectric constants as low as 1.3 and bulk densities up to 50 lb/ft3. It can operate at temperatures and pressures up to 400°F and 1,500 psi.

Durex thermocouples

Designed for pollution control and process applications, Durex thermocouples can be protected from hostile environments with thermowells or with protection tubes constructed of stainless steel, nickel alloys, ceramic or silicon carbide. Various terminal housings may be used to provide compliance with all NEMA standards, including explosion-proof designs. In addition, these thermocouples are manufactured to meet all applicable ANSI and ASTM specifications. Head-mounted transmitters are available for 4–20-mA signal conversion. Temperature tolerances are standard or special limits-of-error.

M-7250-20 Microfluidizer processor

The M-7250-20 Microfluidizer processor is configured for cell disruption applications. Achieving product flowrates of up to 400 L/h, the processor comes equipped with a product feed pump and heat exchanger. The M-7250-20 is delivered with a standard PLC-based, password protected controls design that utilizes a human-machine interface (HMI). Process and data management is under the control of GE Fanuc Automation’s iFIX supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.

Boiler-Trak mass flowmeter

Designed for use in natural-gas-flow measurement applications, the Boiler-Trak mass flowmeter is easy to install or retrofit into existing piping. It provides the mass flowrate and totalized flow (200 ms response to changes in flowrate) of the natural gas burned. The versatile microprocessor-based transmitter integrates the functions of flow-range adjustment, meter validation and diagnostics in a probe-mounted NEMA 4X (IP65) housing. Mass flowrate and totalized flow, as well as other configuration variables, can be displayed on the meter’s optional 2 × 12 backlit LCD panel.

AquaCounter EV-2000L oil evaporator

 The AquaCounter EV-2000L oil evaporator utilizes azeotropic distillation and completely separates water from sample matrices, thus eliminating any side reactions with interfering substances. The unit is especially useful for determining moisture in difficult samples such as heavy oils, grease, peanut butter, etc. The EV-2000L’s heating range is from ambient temperature to 200°C. Carrier gas is N2 gas or dry air and flow is 30–300 mL/min with inlet pressure at 0.8 MPa or less. The dessicant used is a molecular sieve and the unit has an aluminum block heater.

Pioneer 300 Automated Wafer Surface Analyzer

The fully automated Pioneer 300 is specifically designed for use in 300-mm semiconductor wafer processing. It provides quick and accurate contact angle/surface energy measurements of the wafer surface for adhesion, cleanliness and surface treatments. The system is designed to prevent particulate formation or contamination. It can be used to monitor the ultra-clean surface processing of silicon wafers. The position of the sample stage is computer-controlled and can be precisely adjusted along the x-, y- or z-axis.

Micro Motion F-Series compact Coriolis meters

The Micro Motion F-Series compact Coriolis meters are now rated to 5,000 psi, offering customers flow and density measurement in demanding, high-pressure environments at flowrates up to 300 lb/min. When combined with Micro Motion MVD Technology, the F-Series meters deliver mass flow accuracy up to ±0.1% and volume flow accuracy up to ±0.15% when measuring liquids. On liquid density, the meters are accurate up to ±0.001 g/cm3.

2020PROPlus photoionization detector

The first of a new family of enhanced photoionization detection instruments, the 2020PROPlus boasts an extended dynamic range, several new operating features and an enhanced user interface. The dynamic range for the 2020PROPlus has been extended to 10,000 ppm with, 0.1-ppm precision to 100 ppm and 1-ppm precision up to 10,000 ppm. New operating features include the optional use of activated charcoal tubes to provide more accurate “clean air” calibration, and humidity reduction tubes, which allow more accurate sampling in high humidity environments.

Flex-Seat

The Flex-Seat fully bonneted guillotine damper is designed for the isolation of gas flows in the most extreme operating conditions. It provides high performance and simplified maintenance to meet the needs of combustion and hot-gas systems of all kinds, including power plants, refineries, chemical plants, pulp and paper mills, metallurgical smelters, steel mills and incinerators. Self-cleaning and maintenance-free rack-and-pinion drives enable reliable blade transfer even under the most corrosive and debris-laden service conditions.

Duff-Norton 1900 Series rotary union

The Duff-Norton 1900 Series rotary union is designed to provide a rotating seal between fluids and a revolving roll or drum. Commonly conducted media are water, hot oils, chemicals, hydraulics and air. The 1900 Series was developed for very-high-pressure applications up to 10,150 psi (700 bar) and with maximum temperature ratings up to 248°F. Standard models feature nickel-treated carbon-steel construction, but are also available in stainless steel. The 1900 Series is equipped with a double-acting thrust bearing and bronze bushing.
