Rosemount MultiVariable 8800 vortex flowmeter

The Rosemount MultiVariable 8800 vortex flowmeter combines this firm’s proven vortex technology with a temperature-compensated mass flow output directly from the meter to reduce process variability. Unlike traditional designs that integrate the vortex and temperature sensor into the same assembly, this flowmeter has isolated, independent vortex and temperature sensors, allowing both sensors to be verified or replaced independently without breaking the process seals. This eliminates process shutdown for verification of the temperature sensor.

Micro-Trak 101 Series high-performance digital mass flowmeter

With state-of-the-art sensor technology and highly engineered direct-acting valve design, the Micro-Trak 101 Series high-performance digital mass flowmeter accurately measures and controls mass flows of gas previously thought by scientists to be too low for a reliable reading. The flowmeter is specifically designed for flow ranges under 4 cm3/min with a minimum controllable mass flowrate of 0.1 cm3/min. Excellent accuracy (±1.0% of full scale) and repeatability (±0.2%) coupled with unsurpassed instrument stability offer users an instrument they can consistently depend on.

AC Sulfur SIMDIS analyzer

In only eight minutes, the AC Sulfur SIMDIS analyzer reports the sulfur boiling-point distribution of petroleum products having a final boiling point of 450°C (850 °F) or lower at atmospheric pressure. The device is based on the Agilent Technologies 6890 Series GC with electronic pneumatics control configured with: accelerated SIMDIS ASTM D 2887 application; flame ionization detector (FID); and automatic liquid injector. To determine the sulfur components present in the sample, the analyzer uses a sulfur chemiluminescence detector (SCD), which offers excellent sensitivity.

Model 5100-NCM

The Model 5100-NCM offers a highly reliable and cost-effective method for quickly and accurately measuring moisture in natural gas. The device has a detection limit of 5 ppmv and an operating range from 5 to 2,500 ppmv. It is accurate to less than 2% of reading or ±4 ppmv, whichever is greater. The laser-based analyzer features compact, fully enclosed optics and sample conditioning, on-board moisture verification, and all digital processing. The rugged, compact unit is available in an IP65 and NEMA 4 enclosure with both Modbus and Ethernet analog and digital connectivity.

UltraScan PRO

The UltraScan PRO measures both reflected and transmitted color and meets CIE, ASTM and USP guidelines for accurate color measurement. The instrument scans from 350 nm to 1,050 nm in seconds and its 5-nm optical resolution enables precise measurement of colors with sharp cutoff characteristics. The D65 illumination source is calibrated in the ultraviolet region for the accurate measurement of whitening agents. In addition to color and spectral data, metrics such as APHA (Hazen), Saybolt, Gardner Scale, ASTM D 1500, Yellowness Index, Whiteness Index and Transmission Haze can be quantified.

Vortex autosampler

An integrated autosampling device and multi-stirrer, the Vortex autosampler is designed to increase efficiency, enhance precision and promote operator safety. The temperature-controlled, heated (up to 150°C) multi-stirrer assembly features a stainless steel tray that accommodates both 20-mL and 40-mL vials. Each vial position has its own magnetic-stirring mechanism, delivering consistent and reproducible stirring action from vial to vial and eliminating variability due to the dissolution process.

Models 104 and 107 Liquid Flo-Sensors

Designed as an electronic alternative to ball-and-tube rotameters, Models 104 and 107 Liquid Flo-Sensors precisely measure flowrates as low as 13 mL/min. Stainless steel construction is compatible with virtually any chemical, including many solvents and organic compounds. Linearity of ±1.0% (full scale) and repeatability of ±0.2% (full scale) provide accurate readings for critical applications. An analog 0-5 V d.c. output and pulse output are both provided standard; 4–20 mA outputs and an integrated display are optional.

Model 325 electrostatic voltmeter

The Model 325 electrostatic voltmeter measures electrostatic voltages from millivolts to ±40 V over a wide range of probe-to-surface distances. Applications include electrostatic monitoring of devices sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD), and testing of the reliability and characteristics of dielectric materials and films in electronic applications. During the processing of paper, plastic, textile or other film products, the device monitors electrostatic charges where buildup can cause productivity or yield problems.

Models 104 and 107 Liquid Flo-Sensors

Offered as an electronic alternative to ball-and-tube rotameters, Models 104 and 107 Liquid Flo-Sensors precisely measure liquid flowrates as low as 13 mL/min. Stainless steel construction guarantees compatibility with virtually any chemical, including many solvents and organic compounds. An analog 0–5-VDC output and pulse output are both provided as standard features. Optional outputs include the 4–20 mA and an integrated display.

S20FB pH meter

The S20FB pH meter combines the manufacturer’s S20 SevenEasy pH meter, an InLab 425 pH electrode and ancillary cables, as well as buffer standards for running pH tests on samples of foods and beverages. It features built-in automatic temperature compensation, which allows the electrode signal to be corrected for temperature effects. An automatic endpoint improves the reproducibility of the measurement and safeguards the quality of the results. The InLab 425 electrode accurately measures sticky and viscous food samples, as well as samples of varying temperatures.
