CSI 2130 Machine Health Collector

A portable, route-based vibration-data collection device, the CSI 2130 Machine Health Collector features high-speed, single-channel collection, a full-color backlit VGA display, and a lightweight but rugged design. PeakVue processing utilizes digital technology to detect stress waves on the spot as an early sign of bearing or gear wear, and indicates the severity of a fault, enabling technicians to call for immediate maintenance if needed.

Maintenance-Master Board

Having a regular preventive maintenance schedule can help avoid wasted time and money due to unexpected breakdowns and ensuing repair work. The Maintenance-Master Board displays and schedules a full year of preventive maintenance actions for each machine, vehicle and equipment item in a facility. Color-coded magnets identify the week’s job assignments, giving managers and employees a heads-up on maintenance work for the entire year ahead. The Maintenance- Master Board comes in three sizes, allowing 52 weeks of scheduling for 66, 90 or 180 line items.

AEGIS SGR Conductive MicroFiber Shaft Grounding Ring

The AEGIS SGR Conductive MicroFiber Shaft Grounding Ring is ideal for predictive and preventive maintenance programs on variable-frequency drive (VFD)-controlled AC motors and large DC motors. By protecting bearings from electrical damage, the SGR extends motor life, preventing bearing noise, downtime and costly motor repairs or replacements. Unlike conventional shaft-grounding brushes, the SGR’s conductive microfibers: work with virtually no friction or wear; are unaffected by dirt, grease or other contaminants; and last for the life of the motor.

PPAC clamps

The PPAC clamps provide a highly effective and efficient solution for pipe erosion common in these extreme environments. Economical and easy to install, the PPAC clamps are available in single Standard Series and Twin Clamp Series DIN 3015 Parts 1 & 2 in sizes up to 1-in.-O.D. (25.4mm).

SKF spherical roller thrust bearings

The SKF spherical roller thrust bearings are engineered to accommodate heavy axial and simultaneous radial loads in high-speed industrial equipment applications. Their self-aligning capability further allows these bearings to compensate for shaft deflection and misalignment without reducing bearing service life. Applications include large vertical electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, crushers, machine tools, injection molding equipment, and other machinery performing at relatively high speeds and with combined loads.

P5T2 series thruster

The P5T2 series thruster features short-stroke, heavy-duty performance in a smaller footprint than conventional thrusters that use external cylinders. It is ideal for handling frequent stops on conveyor equipment, tamping and pressing on packaging machinery, as well as the unloading/loading and clamping processes on assembly machinery. Available in 12-, 16-, 20-, 25-, 32-, 40-, 50-, 63-, 80-, and 100-mm bore sizes with strokes up to 200 mm, the P5T2 series can operate at pressures up to 1 MPa. Standard features include through-hole mounting and top porting.

FPS200 TrunkGuard Fieldbus power conditioner

For use with Foundation Fieldbus H1 networks in general purpose and non-incendive applications, the FPS200 TrunkGuard Fieldbus power conditioner is available in both simplex (non-redundant) and duplex (redundant) models. The simplex configuration allows up to eight FPS200 power conditioner modules to be installed on a single DIN-rail carrier to provide power to up to eight individual H1 fieldbus segments. Each plug-in module provides 350 mA at 26 V of isolated, conditioned power, fully compliant with the FF831-1 fieldbus specification.

Formulated to resist oxidation and thermal degradation, MolykoteL-1428 high-temperature chain maintains stable performance and lubricity over a wide temperature range and under heavy loads. The synthetic lubricant extends oil-drain intervals, and helps prevent process interruptions. The product has extremely low volatility, and will not form carbon deposits or smoke.

Pressure-Bottom Container for Electronic and Lab Chemicals

Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this 4-L, pressure-bottom container resists bulging, distortion and loss of container stability associated with chemicals that build internal pressures up to 35 psi. The containers are blow-molded using nitrogen as the blowing gas, and then capped to ensure cleanliness for particulate-sensitive chemicals and processes. In addition, the containers can be fluorinated inline using a mixture of fluorine and nitrogen as the blowing gases, thereby creating an inner barrier that resists permeation by non-polar solvents.   

NYSEAL sealing element

The green-colored pre-applied NYSEAL sealing element eliminates the time-consuming in-house application of O-rings, gasket seals and sealant compounds by creating a gasket-like seal withstanding pressures up to 500 psi. The coating, which is permanently fused on the bearing surface of the fasteners, eliminates the leak path and will not work loose. As the screw is seated to its final position against the mating part, the NYSEAL element compresses slightly and fills the void under the bearing surface of the head and countersink or bore.
