Deltaflow switchover valves

Deltaflow switchover valves allow customers to use dual relief devices to eliminate process shutdowns. In this way, if a disk on one side of the valve breaks, a reserve disk can be placed into service immediately by actuating the valve. The ruptured disk can then be replaced without shutting down the system.

Series 204 and 304 solenoid valves

Series 204 and 304 solenoid valves are now available with a NEMA 4X integrated coil that has a rotating conduit hub to permit easy installation. The valves include interchangeable AC and DC coils and a tab coil that facilitates flexible production. Both series of valves are available as normally closed or normally open. Orifice sizes range from 1/32 in. to 5/32 in. and the valves have 1/8-in. NPT connections.

O-Seal Valves

Designed for leakproof reliability and precision flow control in liquids or gases, O-Seal valves are rated to 6,000 psi and will function from –20°F to 225°F, depending on the seal material selected. The valves are available in pipe sizes from 1/8 in. to 2 in., and tube sizes from 1/4 in. to 2 in. A complete interchangeable valve cartridge with a removable seat enables users to change from any of the four basic O-Seal cartridge designs at will, without compromise to leakproof reliability. At the same time, low-torque operation is always easy enough for hand control.

AdvantaFlex biopharmaceutical-grade tubing

AdvantaFlex biopharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), previously available only as tubing, is now used to make molded Tri-Clamp fittings, BioClosure container sealing systems, and connections such as Ys, Ts, crosses, and reducers. This allows molded manifold assemblies to be manufactured from TPE, as an alternative to silicone, and allows an entire assembly to be manufactured from a single resin, which reduces the potential for installation errors. The use of molded connections eliminates the need for barbed fittings (and their potential for leakage and contamination).

Quickly Identify Hoses and Assemblies

Seven solutions for hose identification, including imprinted, laser-etched, electronically tagged and color-coded, are available from this firm. These hoseidentification methods are designed for tubing and hose manufactured from silicone and for rubber-covered or overbraided hoses of various materials. They may be used separately or in combination with each other when applications call for multi-level identification.

TITANFLEX Hoses

TITANFLEX hoses utilize a specially engineered lightweight, kink-resistant construction that provides a superior bend radius in all sizes. They can accommodate working pressures up to 250 psi and are constructed from a seamless, modified cross-link polyethylene tube designed to transport a large variety of chemicals without leaching or contaminating the product being conveyed. Available in both green and black, the rugged high-grade EPDM cover protects against abrasion, ozone deterioration, and the harsh outdoor elements, ensuring long-lasting product performance. Stainless Steel Conveyors

These conveyors handle drums, pallets, and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) in sizes from 500 lb to 5,000 lb in washdown applications. They are comprised of Type 304 stainless steel rollers, bearings, sprockets, chains, frames and supports with a washdown drive. They are available as a complete system that inferfaces with a drum-dumping system, using individually powered accumulation zones. Their all-welded construction with sturdy stainless steel components provides strength and encourages reliable long-term operation.

The Model CS Spirofil bulk bag filler

The Model CS Spirofil bulk bag filler offers bag-filling by volume. The process requires that bags be inflated prior to filling to ensure that they are fully extended and without folds or creases that could reduce capacity, cause instability, or create discharging problems. The bag-filler design ensures dust-free, spill-free filling at rates up to 20 one-ton bags per hour. When filled, the bags are erect and upright, making them stable for safe handling, storage and transportation.

Q-03 laboratory-sized circulation grinding mill

The Q-03 laboratory-sized circulation grinding mill rests on a customized frame and includes a specially sized processing tank, a mechanical shaft seal, and a system with no air motors that is explosionproof. During the circulation process, material makes multiple passes through the grinding chamber until the desired particle size is achieved, with each pass taking approximately 20 s. This design allows for a high circulation rate that results in a narrow particle-size distribution and good temperature control.

BC450 Bulk Containers

The BC450 double-wall rectangular, low-profile, base container holds up to 450 gal and allows intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) to be quickly emptied and returned to use, providing savings on container rentals and storage space. The base container holds chemical tote bins for up to 3.5 h and has a partially sloped bottom for near-complete draining due to top suction. The unit is constructed from rugged, durable crosslinked polyethylene for U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved and National Science Foundation (NSF)-certified linear polyethylene.
