HT-737 Advanced Digital Transmitter

Packaged in a rugged housing, the HT-737 advanced digital transmitter measures relative humidity, temperature, dew point and absolute humidity. It features a programmable controller, digital zero and span adjustment, and RS-232 or RS-485 output capability. The HT-761 analog version provides a linear 0–1 VDC or 1–10 VDC output of ambient relative humidity and temperature over the range of 32–176°F.

HYD Submersible Pressure Transmitter

The HYD submersible pressure transmitter offers highprecision hydrostatic level measurement for pressures from 3.3 ft w.c. (1.5 psi). It features a compact stainlesssteel housing with a flushmounted laser-welded diaphragm suitable for use with viscous media. The temperature-compensated transmitter has a special cable with an integrated vent tube that provides a true reference pressure to the sensor element, eliminating errors due to barometric pressure changes. The unit provides a 4–20-mA output signal, and achieves an excellent long-term stability of  <± 0.1%FSS/yr.

Admag AXF Magnetic Flowmeter

Retaining all the features and functions of earlier Admag flowmeters, the Admag AXF magnetic flowmeter offers new diagnostics to detect electrode coating. By constantly monitoring the change in the impedance of the electrode circuit due to the build-up of insulating coatings, the AXF converter will display four different levels of coating and provide an alarm function. Optional replaceable electrodes make maintenance and cleaning easier, because the user can rely on the new predictive diagnostics to monitor the status of the electrodes and then remove them for cleaning when necessary.

3100/3200 Series of pressure transducers

The 3100/3200 Series of pressure transducers offers an all-stainless-steel design that is less than 1-in. in diameter and weighs 32 g. Capable of withstanding high levels of shock, vibration and electromagnetic discharges, the transducers have pressure-sensing ranges from 0 to 30,000 psi. They have unique temperature-compensation technology that delivers outstanding temperature stability. They provide full-scale accuracy of 0.25%, and long-term drift limited to 0.1% of full-scale per year.

Microspheres for Size Calibration

This CD-based catalog brings together information on a full range of standards for particle sizing, sieve calibration, filter testing and a variety of other specialized applications for precision glass microspheres. Included are detailed product specifications, technical reports, price lists and instructional video clips.

CoolPoint Vortex-Shedding Flowmeter

The CoolPoint vortex-shedding flowmeter for measuring and monitoring water flows in chemical processing applications now includes a totalizing capability and a scaled pulse output as a standard selectable option, which increases the meter’s abiliity to monitor and control the total amount of water used in a process. Accuracy has been improved to ±2% of actual flow, and repeatability remains at ±1% of actual flow.

COBRA N singlestage direct-driven rotary-screw dry vacuum pumps

The COBRA N singlestage direct-driven rotary-screw dry vacuum pumps incorporate a monoblock, continuously variablepitch screw design, which allows them to operate more efficiently and provides a higher cfm-to-horsepower ratio than traditional dry screw vacuum pumps. They provide vacuum down to 0.0074 torr and pumping speeds up to 225 actual ft3/min. Direct-cooled and closed-loop air-cooling models are available.

SS Harsh Environment Coalescing Filters

As their name indicates, the SS Harsh Environment Coalescing Filters are constructed of stainless steel (Type 304) and can be used under harsh conditions. They remove 99.99% of oil, water, rust and pipescale particles as small as 0.01 µm in size from compressed air and other gases. The filters are available in 1/4-in. to 1-in. line sizes with flow capacities to over 700 std. ft3/min. They come with automatic drains and a high-efficiency filter cartridge installed.

Uniflo Inlet Diffuser

The Uniflo inlet diffuser corrects flow imbalances and improves gas distribution in new or existing separators and distillation towers. It removes liquids and solids from the gas stream, dissipates high inlet gas velocities, and evenly distributes the gas in the vessel, eliminating channeling problems and re-entrainment of the liquid droplets in the mist eliminator. It also prevents gas from jetting into the liquid and the associated entrainment problems. It can be designed for vertical or horizontal separators and is available in a variety of alloys.

Paratherm MG, Paratherm LR and Paratherm CR

Paratherm MG, a specialty version of the MR (mid-range) heating/cooling fluid, is certified HT-1 food grade by the NSF (the designation that succeeds the retired USDA H-1 certification). It is recommended for processes operating from 0°C to 260°C. Another NSF HT-1-certified fluid, Paratherm LR, operates at lower temperatures, from –40°C to 204°C. Paratherm CR, developed for use down to –100°C, has a low viscosity that permits higher fluid turbulence, resulting in faster heat removal than silicone liquids or d-limonene-based fluids.
