In June, AIChE celebrates Pride Month as we continue to make strides towards our IDEAL Path. To kick off this year’s Pride Month, AIChE invites you to attend a special IDEAL Conversation Webinar on LGBTQ+ industry employee resource group (ERG) best practices. This event will have a live panel plus Q&A and will take place on Wednesday, June 22nd, 1pm to 2pm ET. Attendance is free.

Learn about how large industrial companies deal with challenges, make progress, and achieve success in supporting and building LGBTQ+ & allies communities in their organizations. The panelists will discuss the importance of leadership, management, and sponsor involvement; utilizing events as a means to build, support, and connect to the LGBTQ+ community; common challenges in manufacturing locations, and much more. The session will also include an audience Q&A.
