Safely speeding up bleach processing 

Hadi AlMeer works at a facility that produces bleach. He’d like to shorten the time it takes to empty the Cl2  gas cylinder in the bleach reactor, and he also notes concern about the formation of ice in the Cl2 cylinder during injection into the reactor.
