The AIChEvent App is now available for download through the App Store and Google Play by searching for "AIChE Events". Here's a list and explanation of the app's features.
Plan your meeting schedule and much more
To make it easy to navigate the Annual Meeting, you can use the app to build your own personalized meeting schedule for events you plan to attend. You'll also be able to stay organized with up-to-the-minute exhibitor, speaker, and event information. You can filter the content that you want, with the ability to filter sessions by division, forum, area, and/or committee. Click here to learn more.
Stay in the know
The AIChEvents App is a great way to make the most of your time in Orlando. When you find yourself with a little free time, try the What's on Now? feature to see a list of technical sessions and ancillary events that are currently happening or about to start soon. Or if you feel like seeing a bit of Orlando, check out the Visit Orlando feature, which highlights some of the top attractions, activities, and places to eat in and around the city.
Connect
Stay up-to-date on social media, all in one place, through the Social Media feature. You can also connect with other attendees at the meeting, by checking out attendee profiles in the app and messaging with other attendees through the Message Center.
Another great way to connect — both before and during the Annual Meeting — is the 2019 Annual Meeting Engage Community. Discuss the Meeting, chat with other attendees about favorite sessions, restaurant recommendations, Orlando, or organizing a meetup in the 2019 Annual Meeting Community on Engage.
New feature!
Navigate the meeting like a pro with the Locate Me function in the 2019 AIChE Annual Meeting AIChEvents App. This new feature lets you simply enter where you are and where you want to go in the venue and generates an interactive map of your route between session rooms and events.
