Orlin Velev on Microscale Engineering of Responsive, Flexible and Reconfigurable Particle Structures

Orlin Velev was the winner of the 2017 Andreas Acrivos Award for Professional Progress in Chemical Engineering. Orlin is a Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at North Carolina State University. This year he presented the 2018 Andreas Acrivos Award for Professional Progress in Chemical Engineering Lecture titled "Microscale Engineering of Responsive, Flexible and Reconfigurable Particle Structures."

In the video above, he discusses his work with Chris Jones, winner of the 2016 Andreas Acrivos Award for Professional Progress in Chemical Engineering. Jones is a professor and the William R. McLain Chair in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering as well as Associate Vice-President for Research at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
