Delia Contreras, VP of global engineering at NALCO Champion/Ecolab, was a keynote speaker at the 2018 AIChE Spring Meeting and 14th GCPS Tuesday luncheon, where she covered the theme "Doing Better Together – Transforming Business Sustainability."
She sat down with AIChE's Kristine Chin in Orlando prior to her keynote. In observation of the 20th anniversary of AIChE's Women Initiatives Committee (WIC), Delia discussed a number of related topics, including her personal inspiration for becoming a chemical engineer and her advice on thriving as a female chemical engineer.
