Interview with Carol Williams on Career Goals, Obstacles, and Success

CEP Magazine's editor in chief Cindy Mascone sat down with Carol Williams following her keynote at the Women's Initiative Committee (WIC) Networking Luncheon. Carol is a retired executive vice president, Dow Chemical, who currently serves as chairman of the board, Owens-Illinois, and sits on the board of directors at Olin Chemical.  

In the video interview above, Carol talks about her career path, including when she decided she wanted to be a part of executive leadership. She also talks about facing obstacles to reaching career goals — both professional and personal — and how she dealt with some of the barriers she encountered.
