Series TRVDT three-port, in-line relief valve

The Series TRVDT three-port, in-line relief valve is ideal for systems requiring minimal footprint or where the use of a piping tee is not practical. It has an economical, heavy-duty design that allows for easy replacement in existing systems. When closed, the valve has a straight-through flow pattern. The pressure setpoint is adjustable between 50 and 100 psi, and the maximum inlet pressure is 150 psi. Once the set pressure is reached, the diaphragm is lifted off the center port, and the excess liquid flows out through the third port at the bottom of the valve.

Air Filter Systems and Equipment Catalog

Three primary application areas are the subject of this 32-page catalog of the company’s air filter systems, equipment and capabilities. Comfort air product lines include HVAC particulate filters and hardware, as well as Camsorb carbon panels, cylinders and multi-stage adsorption systems. Clean process (cleanroom) products include HEPA and ULPA filters and frames, terminal filters, ceiling modules and replacement filters. Safety and protection products include bag-in/bag-out housings, HEGA filters, isolation dampers, bags and accessories for the containment of hazardous contaminants.

High-Solids Pumps

These high-solids pumps dramatically reduce the costs of transferring biomass slurries and distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) byproducts compared to conveyor systems, which tend to be more expensive and maintenance-prone. Based on a technology advancement suitable for biodiesel and ethanol plants, as well as distilleries, grain processing, and feed mills, they easily handle abrasive and corrosive DDGS applications.

Triplex Series high-pressure pumps

Triplex Series high-pressure pumps perform in spraying, misting, filtration, cooling, dispensing and pressure-boosting applications. These self-priming, three-chamber pumps operate at flowrates of up to 1.4 gal/min (5.3 L/min) and at operating pressures of up to 150 psi (10.3 bar). They are built using co-injection molding technology, which eliminates potential leak paths and allows the units to run dry for long periods without damage.

Caustic Soda Injection Pump

This caustic soda pump uses a single rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston to accomplish both the pumping and valving functions. This eliminates the need for the check valves typically found in diaphragm pumps; such valves are subject to caustic soda crystallization, which affects sealing and allows backflow.

KDS EZflow 2010

KDS EZflow 2010 is a durable, basic syringe pump that enhances the speed and efficiency of operation. It can be used for infusions ranging from 0.1 to 300 mL/h, with an accuracy of 2.5%. Its easy-to-read light-emitting diode (LED) display — which is visible from many angles — shows the flowrate in mL/h or can be toggled to show the total volume delivered in mL. A variety of syringes from 20 mL to 100 mL can be used with the unit. A rapid delivery key eliminates dead volume and excess air in the tubing prior to delivery of the fluids.

Model VRS vertical sump pump

The Model VRS vertical rubber-lined sump pump handles tough slurries in chemical processing, power, and pulp and paper applications. The VRS liners, impeller and casing halves are interchangeable with those of the manufacturer’s SRL horizontal pumps, reducing parts inventory and maintenance costs. Changing the field-replaceable elastomer liners does not require a change of the entire pump casing. The pump’s impellers are built with tighter tolerances than other vertical sump pumps, improving operating efficiency and saving up to 40% in energy costs.

Cardinal transformer-oil pumps

Cardinal transformer-oil pumps are rated for continuous-duty operation at temperatures from –40°F to 212°F. They allow thermo-siphon flow when the pump is not operating, which permits natural convection even when the pump is completely shut off. Along with a rugged split-casing design, the use of heavy-duty class 30 cast iron for the pump casing, motor enclosures, impellers and volutes extends the life of the pump. Large thrust-face sleeve bearings minimize wear and reduce maintenance.

E7 aluminum diaphragm pumps

E7 aluminum diaphragm pumps have a port size of 0.75 in. and feature a leakfree, bolted construction. Their shoe-valve design prevents blow-by when the pump is online but not in use. They employ the manufacturer’s Elima-Matic air-valve system, which ensures non-stalling, non-icing, lube-free operation. For use in lubrication, adhesive dispensing, OEM systems and many industrial applications, the E7 pumps are available with either metallic or non-metallic air sections.

Industrial Variable Speed Pump

Suitable for handling a broad range of fluid viscosities, the Industrial Variable Speed Pump (IVSP) features a high-torque, 3-phase variable-speed drive, an integrally mounted valveless pump head, a space-saving, DIN-designed controller, and a 3-digit LED display control module. Motor speed can be adjusted either manually via the front-panel membrane switches, or electronically using 0–20-mA, 4–20-mA or 0–10-VDC input signals. Additional control functions include start, stop, acceleration, forward and reverse.
