Microspheres for Size Calibration

This CD-based catalog brings together information on a full range of standards for particle sizing, sieve calibration, filter testing and a variety of other specialized applications for precision glass microspheres. Included are detailed product specifications, technical reports, price lists and instructional video clips.

3100/3200 Series of pressure transducers

The 3100/3200 Series of pressure transducers offers an all-stainless-steel design that is less than 1-in. in diameter and weighs 32 g. Capable of withstanding high levels of shock, vibration and electromagnetic discharges, the transducers have pressure-sensing ranges from 0 to 30,000 psi. They have unique temperature-compensation technology that delivers outstanding temperature stability. They provide full-scale accuracy of 0.25%, and long-term drift limited to 0.1% of full-scale per year.

Admag AXF Magnetic Flowmeter

Retaining all the features and functions of earlier Admag flowmeters, the Admag AXF magnetic flowmeter offers new diagnostics to detect electrode coating. By constantly monitoring the change in the impedance of the electrode circuit due to the build-up of insulating coatings, the AXF converter will display four different levels of coating and provide an alarm function. Optional replaceable electrodes make maintenance and cleaning easier, because the user can rely on the new predictive diagnostics to monitor the status of the electrodes and then remove them for cleaning when necessary.

HYD Submersible Pressure Transmitter

The HYD submersible pressure transmitter offers highprecision hydrostatic level measurement for pressures from 3.3 ft w.c. (1.5 psi). It features a compact stainlesssteel housing with a flushmounted laser-welded diaphragm suitable for use with viscous media. The temperature-compensated transmitter has a special cable with an integrated vent tube that provides a true reference pressure to the sensor element, eliminating errors due to barometric pressure changes. The unit provides a 4–20-mA output signal, and achieves an excellent long-term stability of  <± 0.1%FSS/yr.

HT-737 Advanced Digital Transmitter

Packaged in a rugged housing, the HT-737 advanced digital transmitter measures relative humidity, temperature, dew point and absolute humidity. It features a programmable controller, digital zero and span adjustment, and RS-232 or RS-485 output capability. The HT-761 analog version provides a linear 0–1 VDC or 1–10 VDC output of ambient relative humidity and temperature over the range of 32–176°F.

MultiPro’s Multi-Gas Detector

A single “Mode” button controls all of the MultiPro’s operations. The unit provides a calibration- due reminder and sensor-span reserve indicators for predictive maintenance. Dual-channel sensor technology allows the instrument to provide up to four channels of detection with just three sensors, all of which are field-replaceable. It includes O2 and LEL sensors, and a choice of either a dedicated CO or H2S sensor, or a sensor that measures both CO and H2S simultaneously.

Model 5100-28 IR Combustible Gas Sensor Module

The Model 5100-28 IR combustible gas sensor module monitors for methane and can be configured to monitor for a wide range of other gases in either 0–100% LEL range or a 1–100% by volume range. Features include digital display of gas concentration, one-person menubased calibration, and alarm relays for high, low and trouble alarms.

MT2000 Wave Guide Model C9P81

The MT2000 Wave Guide Model C9P81 makes measurements using guided-wave radar — a waveguide directs the microwave pulses, eliminating the beam divergence problems common to conventional non-contact radar transmitters. Because operation does not depend on fluid density, readings do not fluctuate with shifts in the specific gravity of the fluid and are not subject to variations in dielectric constants. The C9P81 features an alumina ceramic insulator that allows accurate and reliable measurements up to 2,000 psi (138 bar) at 635°F (335°C).

Fluid Systems TFC-SR spiral-wound elements

Fluid Systems TFC-SR spiral-wound elements are a cost-effective solution for dairy and other food processing applications where the feedstream is of low solids density and minimal floor space is available. Designed to USDA 3-A standards and FDA regulations, these elements handle a variety of selective rejection applications, including deashing and separation of carbohydrates and proteins. They can also be used for whey preconcentration, salt whey diafiltration and lactose demineralization.

Tetratex membrane

Offered as a cost-effective alternative to membranes on all-PTFE needlefelts, Tetratex membrane is an all-PTFE woven filtration medium available in roll format for bag manufacturers. Available in two configurations, the membrane accommodates the most demanding baghouse applications, such as air-pollution control and product recovery. Tetratex 7008 is tailored for applications where contamination of the product in contact with the medium may occur, while Tetratex 7012 is designed for hot-gas filtration applications where extreme chemical conditions are present.
