APEWF hose

Made of an ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber (EPDM), the APEWF hose handles a wide variety of fluids in applications that require elevated pressure and vacuum. It is constructed with a smooth, white EPDM rubber core that is reinforced with a wire helix and multiple layers of durable rubber. Its sanitary inner surface allows for unrestricted flow. It withstands temperatures from –40°F to 248°F (–40°C to 120°C), and is available in sizes ranging from 0.75 in. to 4.0 in. i.d. (19 mm to 102 mm).

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Tubing

This polyetheretherketone (PEEK) tubing is available in many varieties, including natural PEEK, solid color-coded, dual-layer color-coded, striped, and dash-stripe coded. For all the tubing models, standard sizes include outer diameters of 0.0141732 in. (360 µm), 0.03125 in., 0.0625 in., and 0.125 in., with inner diameters as small as 0.002 in. The interior surfaces of the standard sizes are color-coded according to the following scheme: 0.005-in.-i.d. is red; 0.007-in.-i.d., yellow; 0.010-in.-i.d., blue; 0.020-in.-i.d., orange; and 0.030-in.-i.d., green.

DoubleSafe fittings

DoubleSafe fittings provide a leakproof seal and prevent cracking under high torque when installed as the transition between metal piping and the manufacturer’s plastic piping. The fittings are pressure-rated to 150 psi and are available in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). This metal-to-plastic joining is useful for connecting a plastic piping system to heat exchangers, flowmeters, and other metal-ended, male-threaded instruments.

Flexadux TR-Series thermoplastic rubber hose

The Flexadux TR-Series thermoplastic rubber hose performs in applications where a heavier, standard hose would be excessive, such as light-duty ventilation and fume or dust removal. It provides strong resistance to moisture, chemicals and ultraviolet (UV) light, and it is highly flexible and compressible. The TR-LT is available in 1.5-in.-i.d. to 16.0-in.-i.d. sizes with a 0.020-in.-thick wall. The Flexadux TR-XLT comes in 2.0-in. to 6.0-in.-i.d. sizes with a 0.012-in.-thick wall. These hoses weigh half as much as a typical standard hose. For example, a 4-in. i.d.

Electro Plus Fusion Machine

The Electro Plus Fusion Machine joins thermoplastic pipes and fittings in corrosion-resistant piping systems used in chemical processing facilities, pharmaceutical waste systems, semiconductor manufacturing, power plants, pulp and paper mills, and corrosive-waste disposal systems. Operated via a hand-held, user-friendly interface, the machine employs electrical resistance heating to join thermoplastic parts together. It can process multiple joints during a fusion cycle, and features a one-button repeat function for same-sized joints.

Flexadux T-7 White thermoplastic hose

The Flexadux T-7 White is a flexible, medium-weight, white thermoplastic hose that is reinforced with a spring steel helix and operates over a –40°F to 250°F range. Featuring a smooth interior to promote efficient air flow, it is made with FDA-acceptable materials and designed for a wide range of fume and dry material extraction applications in clean rooms.

SYGEF PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) Exhaust Piping System

Designed to provide a non-corroding, safe system for the conveyance of aggressive exhaust gases and fumes, the SYGEF PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) Exhaust Piping System is suitable for state-of-the-art 300-mm semiconductor manufacturing plants as well as applications in the chemical and microelectronics markets. Using PVDF eliminates pipe deterioration issues caused from transporting corrosive exhaust media. The system meets the stringent FM4910 standard and has been tested per standard ULC S102.2 with a documented flame spread value of 0 and smoke spread value of 50.

Press System

Press System press-to-connect copper fittings, valves, and associated tools, are designed for process water, potable water and mechanical HVAC applications. This flame-free method requires no flux, solder or other  joining material, providing distinct time-saving advantages over soldering or brazing. The system features copper and dezincification-resistant brass alloy, and O-ring seals for use with K, L and M wall copper tube.

Air-Pro Compressed Air Piping Systems

Air-Pro Compressed Air Piping Systems are available in sizes ranging from 1/2-in. to 12-in. The systems offer socket, butt and electro-fusion fittings in a variety of styles, including tees, reducing tees, 90s, 45s and more. They are safe and reliable, offering fast, low-cost installations, which are made easier by a unique tapping saddle that reduces both drops and required welds.

polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) cam-lock, quick-connect coupling

The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) cam-lock, quick-connect coupling complements Fluor-O-Flo PTFE-threaded piping systems. Suited for corrosive liquid-flow applications, the coupling can be used both as a standalone product or as part of a PTFE- threaded piping system. When used as part of a system, the coupling speeds up the installation process by providing system points independent of thread-tightening angles. The coupling also provides an easy attachment point for components, such as tanks, that must be periodically removed or replaced.
