TRP3000 robotic palletizing system

The TRP3000 robotic palletizing system provides excellent reliability for precision high-speed/high-payload operation. It has a user-friendly setup and requires minimal programming and maintenance. It offers the flexibility to serve multiple production lines, generating direct labor savings and more-efficient personnel scheduling.

Micro Cone low-rate feeder

The Micro Cone low-rate feeder features a screwless feeding mechanism that accurately doses free-flowing color, masterbatch or additives into a blending system or directly into the screw of an extruder. Utilizing a simple induced-flow rotating tube or cone, this can feed as little as a few granules at a time, with a feed rate range of 200 to 2,000 cm3/h (0.007 to 0.07 ft3/h); with the addition of an extension tip, it can feed as low as 100 cm3. The simple design has no pockets or screws, making it easy to use and minimizing maintenance.

Model CW Series dust collector

The Model CW Series dust collector uses top-removal filter bags with a walk-in plenum for quick, tool-free bag removal and protection from the elements. Suitable for pneumatic conveying applications requiring vacuum/pressure conditions with many cycles, these collectors are constructed of heavy-gauge steel and stiffened with angle rings. Optional accessories include structural steel support legs, service platforms and access ladders.

HeliFlow 616 and 624 positive-displacement blowers

HeliFlow 616 and 624 positive-displacement blowers combine proven performance with unique solid, helical, tri-lobe rotors. They are designed to produce less-intense pulsations to protect downstream instrumentation while reducing noise levels by 4–7 dBa compared with similarly sized straight-lobe blowers. The blowers require less-frequent maintenance, and provide better structural integrity and durability to withstand up to 13,500 in-lb. The HeliFlow blowers deliver pressure to 15 psi, vacuum to 16-in. Hg, and airflow to 3,200 ft3/min.

Disc Pelletizers

The Disc Pelletizers convert powdered materials into spherical pellets 500 µm to 20 mm in diameter. They can agglomerate fine, dry feed materials, such as chemical powders, limestone, fertilizer, coal fines, cement/lime kiln dust and flyash, as well as wetter materials, such as filter/centrifuge cake, minerals, ores and pond tailings. These pelletizers are constructed of a heavy, welded, reinforced carbon steel plate, and the bottom internals of discs 6 ft and larger are lined with expanded metal to reduce abrasive wear.

Automated Bulk-Bag Discharger

This automated bulk-bag discharger can be programmed for batch or continuous operation directly from the bulk bag station. Providing safe and efficient operation, the system reduces human involvement to placing full bags into the discharge system and removing empty ones. The automated discharging technology provides a consistent and reliable supply of a wide range of materials, ranging from free-flowing to non-free-flowing.

TGH-2 drawer grate

The easy-to-clean TGH-2 drawer grate uses a powerful rare-earth magnet circuit to provide superior separation of fine tramp-metal contamination. Designed for easy push-pull operation, it works well in applications where the process is stopped for grate magnet cleaning. This grate features a unique tube-scraper design that ensures removal of accumulated tramp iron, enabling the operator to clean all the tubes in each bank without having to hand-wipe them individually. It has a stainless steel housing and a chute that discharges ferrous contamination.

XP DeDuster

The XP DeDuster separates particles as small as 1 µm, as well as long streamers, paper and other contaminants. This technology is suitable for handling all types of granular products that need to be cleaned before packaging, shipping or processing. It features an electromagnetic field, which breaks the static bond between electrostatic-charged plastic pellets and the small dust particles. The units are designed for installation on injection molding machines, extruders or silos, or as free-standing units.

Phantom gravity metal detector

The Phantom gravity metal detector utilizes the latest digital signal-processing technology to detect and reject ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel, in powder and bulk applications. The system is suited for inline inspection of dry, powdered or granular products that are free-flowing. Models are available with an aluminum or stainless steel casing. The detector’s diverter valve reject system redirects contaminated product into a reject tank.

Custom Filtration Devices

Designed for pneumatic conveying applications, these filters can be used with various products and solids-loading rates. The filters can be made out of carbon steel, stainless steel, or a combination of both. With an absolute gas-tight design, the units maintain their reliability even under extremely high loads. Their jet-pulse system, which has an externally mounted receiver, can be operated with compressed air or inert gas. Their quick-opening diaphragm valves are connected directly to flanges on the receiver.
