Twin Motor Sifter

The Twin Motor Sifter couples 3-D vibratory action with an ultrasonic deblinding system for fine material screening of particles as small as 20 µm. The sifter’s 3-D capabilities stem from its three control variables: vibrator force, frequency, and drive angle. Available screen sizes include 24 in., 36 in., and 48 in. dia.

Hydro-Lance wet dust-collection system

The Hydro-Lance wet dust-collection system is suitable for applications that require control of sticky, humid dusts, as well as explosive metal dusts. It offers maintenance-free mechanical liquid-level control, and has a very compact footprint.

Tubular Drag conveyor

This tubular drag conveyor uses a low-hp motor to quietly pull a chain with flights, gently contains material and uses less energy than other conveyors. Its totally enclosed design restricts material within the process and eliminates exposure of materials to the plant environment. The unit conveys vertically, horizontally, or at any angle, processing material at a rate up to 50 ft3/min. It is suitable for conveying blended or friable products and handles a diverse range of materials, from hardened steel shot to limestone to pasta.

Stedi-Flex vibratory feeder

The Stedi-Flex vibratory feeder features a simple design that isolates the counteracting forces produced in a conventional vibratory conveyor. The feeder is suitable for handling low-bulk-density materials. It is low in cost and simple in design and construction. Options include a dust-tight cover, as well as a choice of mild steel or stainless steel construction.

TIP-TITE high-lift drum dumper

Drums loaded into the TIP-TITE high-lift drum dumper at floor level are sealed against a discharge cone, elevated, and tipped, then the cone is mated to a receiving ring on downstream process equipment. A pneumatically actuated slide-gate valve prevents material flow until the discharge cone has been properly seated in the gasketted receiving ring. The all-stainless unit can be finished to sanitary or industrial standards, whereas other models are offered in mild steel with durable industrial coatings, or with material-contact surfaces of stainless steel.

Pleated Cartridge Filter

This high-efficiency pleated cartridge filter for industrial air-filtration baghouses increases system throughput by up to 25% and can operate continuously at temperatures as high as 500°F (260°C). These filters provide nearly three times the filtering surface of similarly sized bag filters, and an increase in airflow that improves system productivity. In most cases, air-to-cloth ratios are cut in half and differential pressures are significantly reduced. The cartridge filters use high-efficiency laminates with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membranes.

Material Master

The Material Master returns solidified bulk bags of troublesome material back to a manageable, free-flowing state. It features hydraulically actuated pivoting conditioning-arm weldments for very thorough bag penetration. It includes a manual turntable base with hydraulic lift for targeting the most problematic areas within the bag. The system’s safety features include momentary-contact push-button controls and full machine guarding.

EV-80-D fine-dust dry shaker vacuum

The EV-80-D fine-dust dry shaker vacuum uses pulse filter-cleaning technology to capture fine dust generated by surface preparation tools and equipment. It weighs 40 lb and is 36 in. high, and its tank measures 16 in. dia. Its motor power is rated at 2.8 hp, and its air displacement at 132 ft3/min. Its powerful dual motors, coupled with the filter system and filter shaker, make this unit suitable for picking up drywall and concrete dust, powder coatings, sawdust, and any other fine powder. The tank is made of stainless steel and is mounted on a four-caster dolly.

Round-Spout Pneumatic Line Magnet

The round-spout pneumatic line magnet (RSPLM) removes inbound tramp metal contaminants from high-speed material streams in low-density, high-airflow systems. It is suitable for use in applications involving the transport of powder and granular materials in large-diameter lines. Installing the RSPLM vertically extends the magnet dwell time. This model includes three internal magnets, providing a larger gap between magnets and allowing more product to come into contact with the magnets.

Drawer Magnet

This drawer magnet removes medium and fine ferrous contaminants from dry, free-flowing products during gravity flow, protecting processing machinery and improving product purity. The design includes multiple staggered rows to provide maximum contact area for product flow. As product flows through the stainless steel housing, it cascades over the staggered rows of magnetic tubes. Ferrous contaminants are pulled to the surface of the magnets and then move to the underside of the tube to prevent washoff.
