Kimtech Pure CL4 critical task wipers

Kimtech Pure CL4 critical task wipers are ideal for critical surface wiping in ISO Class 4 or higher cleanrooms. The wipers are made from 100% meltblown polypropylene. They are thermally bonded, and thus contain no glues or binders. Their straight, clean, knife-cut edges help to minimize lint, and they are delivered double-bagged in anti-static packaging. The wipers are resistant to acids, bases and solvents, and can be autoclaved and ETO-sterilized. In addition, they meet USDA requirements for food processing establishments. These wipers are available in 9-in. × 9-in. and 12-in. × 12-in.

UltraFlow clean-in-place system

The self-contained UltraFlow clean-in-place system has been designed for use in a variety of wash cycles. Its eductor draws solution back without the need for a return pump, reducing both chemicals and water while eliminating air from all return solutions and saving both time and money.

Hotpack glassware washers

These Hotpack large-capacity glassware washers offer a unique spray-arch water-delivery system that ensures thorough washing and rinsing by projecting a highly efficient vertical “wall of water” equally across the entire chamber. Separate plumbing for wash and rinse cycles minimizes detergent carry-over, which results in a clear final rinse. This high-efficiency water-management system conserves energy and reduces operating costs. With a touch-screen control interface located at eye level, it enables easy selection from a range of preset or user-defined programmed operating options.

Autoclavable Wipers

These nonwoven wipers are ideal for applications where high absorbency and low extractables are important. Composed of 45% polyester and 55% cellulose, the wipers are double-bagged for cleanroom use. Compatible with most solvents, they are excellent for picking up aqueous spills and for cleaning precision components and equipment in a Class 10,000 environment. Their standard sizes range from 4-in. by 4-in. to 18-in. by 18-in.

Krieger Seal Containment Chamber

The Krieger Seal Containment Chamber (SCC) provides a technology platform that physically separates the product chamber from the mixing mechanism using a state-of-the-art sealing design for its counter-rotating agitators. It does not require any cooling liquids for the mechanical seals, and fully separates the mechanical seals from the product and mixing area. This eliminates the risk of contamination, as well as the need for expensive equipment and the comprehensive validation process required for the sterilization of mechanical-seal cooling liquids.
