Producers, technology suppliers and vendors explore some of the challenges faced in maintaining optimum performance of ethylene furnaces. Also to be discussed are pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of new furnace(s) by maintenance personnel. Following a presentation on ethylene furnace troubleshooting, the session addresses topics on monitoring and optimizing fuel supply systems during operation, radiant coil balancing considerations, transfer line exchanger feedwater & steam system and presents a robotic cleaning system for finned tube convection sections.
