Though manufacturing facilities always seem to be “fire-fighting,” there are times when the plant is actually running well. What is an engineer to do? Plant improvements and optimization opportunities are everywhere, but how does one go about identifying where they are and prioritizing their work. This session will discuss the tricks of the trade for seeking out plant improvements and how to determine where to focus the most time and effort.
