The process of fluid/particle flow is encountered in numerous industrial applications as well as in nature. Fluid/particle systems exhibit complex and challenging behavior. A fundamental understanding of their behavior and properties is crucial for the optimization of many practical applications. This session focuses on the contribution of the computational approach in achieving a better understanding of these systems.
