“Regardless of where you work, ethical dilemmas come up. This session presents a special interactive discussion on ethics in Chemical Engineering. We will begin with an overview of ethics and realistic scenarios of dilemmas that can arise to face both managers and engineers in the workplace and in education. We will explore aspects of handling, interpreting and using data that can lead to ethical dilemmas. We will also be discussing current challenges facing the biomedical/ biochemical industry. Following that, attendees will get the opportunity to divide into working groups to discuss realistic scenarios.
