For the preparation of porous crystalline materials, the characteristic of the higher energy consumption and long crystallization time and instability of products existing in traditional hydrothermal technology with a batch reactor is becoming a challenge to meet the requirements of green chemical industry. Recently, the method of fast flow crystallization using tubular reactors has attacked great interests from many researchers, due to its advantages of fast, controllable, safety, low energy consumption, and reliable scaling up. Herein, we report a rapid continuous hydrothermal synthesis method with a tubular reactor to get TS-1, and the nanoparticles of MFI structures have been successfully synthesized after ten-minutes synthesis in the tubes. The resulting samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectroscopy, SEM and N2 adsorption to evaluate the textural properties. The obtained TS-1 is about 100 nm particles, and for UV-Vis results, only one peak exists in 210 nm, so the results also show that faster nucleation rate has advantages in titanium entering into the silicon skeleton.
