This session will include presentations describing novel experimental and computational methods critical for designing, building, and optimizing biofuel-producing pathways and for reprogramming strain metabolism. The methods could include next-generation metabolic engineering, bioinformatics, and systems biology tools such as pathway and network analysis as well as their validation in host organisms.
