This session will present 4 papers demonstrating various methods and good practices that improve process safety and risk management in day to day operations. Papers in this session will present how to use the Bow Tie method to calibrate the top event risk to operations, how to identify the factors that make up operational risk and the tools to manage them, the management and use of information contained in many documents used in multidiscipline projects, and how to better evaluate the use of interlocks to manage operational risk.
