(54c) Lessons Learned about Digital Transformation from Experienced Industry Professionals!

In this panel discussion we will hear from three experienced industry individuals who will share their experience with and perspective on digital transformation and how it has shaped their companies as well as their own roles. In the discussion, we will put emphasis on the lessons they have learned as well as any suggested best practices they would recommend to other companies going through digital transformation journeys. Examples of topics to be discussed include how to manage people through change, how to prioritize projects to identify the ones that add the most value, examples of digital technology implementation and more.
