Global Solutions and Outreach Programs: Using the Wicked Problem Approach to Resolve Global Warming

I will present a proposal to use the Wicked Problem Approach to resolve global warming. There is now no global collaboration to determine best national and regional action plans to resolve global warming. There is now no means to minimize the effects of understandable human biases that detrimentally affect decisions on climate solutions, those biases being corporate vested interests, career vested interests, public passions and political agendas. Global Solutions and Outreach Programs will establish the global collaboration and address these detrimental human biases.
