The discipline of Fundamental Problem Solving is a very successful structured approach that can be applied to any problem that needs solving. As such, it attacks the most complicated problems in the company. To achieve success, it utilizes a wide range of tools, including project management tools, engineering tools, analytical tools, etc. In this session, we will cover the most widely used tools in the Fundamental Problem Solving discipline arsenal and provide examples of their application. This session will give a chance to young engineers to get acquainted with the Fundamental Problem Solving toolset and help them successfully solve problems in their plants.
