Measurement and Metrics:
We have not introduced any new metrics due to the COVID 19 pandemic, and we are continuously
monitoring both our leading and lagging metrics to see any trends or any deviations. The slide
shows just few that we are looking at currently globally. We have not seen any changes in our
reporting and incidence rate at this time. We will continue to monitor in the coming months to get
a full picture of where we are companywide.
Auditing:
Looking at the current pandemic situation we assessed how many internal process safety audits we
have within the company and also the regulatory one, U.S. OSHA PSM and EPA‐RMP compliance
audit. The company decided to conduct the regulatory audits and divided those up into two
portions. The remote portion will be done virtually and the onsite visit, which is mandatory aspect
of this audit, will be done once travel becomes feasible for the auditors and the site opens up. The
workflow is similar to how we normally conduct audits. Anything that we do in the control rooms
or inside the conference rooms during our onsite portion of the audits, can be done virtually.
Procedures and work related programs can be provided to the auditors remotely. We successfully
completed one audit at our site last month and have a second audit coming up at another site.
