we have these kinds of requests, we conduct reliability engineering analysis and give formal
approval that is documented to ensure that we are still safe to operate.

We also have corporate subject matter experts that provide support for our sites around
equipment failure analysis. One example is our corporate metallurgy lab that has been closed for
several months now, due to social distancing. However, those people were not initially considered
essential, but we have had a couple of pieces of equipment fail and need testing. So, the essential
classification of those employees has been changed. That is an important point, you can change
that essential status depending on what kind of work they actually have to do. We also have some
plants that are idle, and it is always important, if you shut the plant down for several months, it
should be shut down properly and the equipment maintained in a very good state. This will ensure
safe restart when they get back to their supply chain.
