Brad Price, P.E. is the Principal Engineer for New Energy Risk, a company that enables access to cost-efficient financing for innovative technologies by transferring technology risks to the insurance marketplace. Brad utilizes his strong background in process safety, facility operations, and technology diligence to lead the review of frontier technologies seeking support from New Energy Risk. 

Prior to joining New Energy Risk, Brad spent 9 years at Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem), where he worked on the design, commissioning, optimization, and day-to-day operations of a variety of petrochemical assets, both domestically and overseas. Brad was heavily involved in CPChem’s review of transformative new technologies in the circular polymers space, working on the team tasked with the planning and execution of the first domestic commercial-scale production of circular polyethylene derived from recycled mixed-waste plastics. Brad received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.
