Yee Soong is a researcher in the National Energy Technology Laboratory’s Geochemistry Team under Research & Innovation Center in Pittsburgh. His research areas include syngas catalysis, reaction kinetics, reactor engineering, hydrodynamics, solid-solid separations, REE separation, enhanced oil recovery, CO2 capture, and CO2 sequestration. He has worked in NEIL since 1986. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, a M.S. in chemical engineering from Cleveland State University and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from University of Pittsburgh.
