TRUE Rogers
True Rogers is responsible for developing new product and technology offerings for modified release drug delivery. Prior to his current role, True was responsible for Dow Wolff Cellulosics' technical service and development support for the European pharmaceutical industry and was based in Bomlitz, Germany. Previous responsibilities held within Dow include product and technology development for immediate release coating applications and particle engineering technologies for drug solubilization. True earned his bachelor's degree in pharmacy (1998) and Ph.D. (2002) in physical pharmacy, formulation and drug delivery under the supervision of Professor Robert O. Williams III at the University of Texas at Austin.
