Timothy Tracy

Dr. Tim Tracy received his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, his PhD in clinical pharmacy from Purdue University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical pharmacology at Indiana University. He began his academic career at West Virginia University, becoming a Full Professor. Dr. Tracy then joined the University of Minnesota as Head of the Department of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology. In 2019 he was named Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Kentucky and in 2015 he was named Provost. In January 2018 he joined Aprecia Pharmaceuticals as its Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Tracy has published over 100 scientific manuscripts, more than 15 book chapters, edited two books, and has served as a principal or co-investigator on over $30 M in NIH-funded grants.
