Seungkyoo Pak in KOSHA(Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency) achieved MSc for Process Safety and Loss Prevention in the university of Sheffield in 1996 and contributed most of his career for implementing PSM in Korea by reviewing of PSM safety reports, sites inspections for PSM, chemical accident investigations and educations since then. He has occasionally participated in related international activities for the prevention of chemical accidents such as OECD meetings for chemical accidents and IEC standard meetings for Ex area and for semiconductor equipment safety area. He currently works in Yeosu Center for Prevention of Major Accident as a deputy director and started his Ph. degree course study in Korea National University of Transportation in Chungju.
