Rob Kieschke

Rob Kieschke is a Senior R&D Manager in the corporate research systems lab at 3M company. He is currently responsible for managing the software research and AI groups in the company. He has a BS degree in Metallurgy from the University of Leeds and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge, both in the UK. Rob has held a number of research and development positions in 3M all in the area of new and disruptive technology development. Rob also has experience commercializing new to the world products and managing new high growth business development. Rob is also a DFSS black belt and is Scrum Master and Product Owner certified.
