Richard C. Baliban
Richard is a developer of novel processes and technologies to ensure a sustainable and reliable energy future for the United States. He has implemented design, synthesis, and supply chain optimization strategies for alternative energy refineries which produce gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel from coal, biomass, and natural gas. He received a Bachelor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. from Princeton University, both in chemical engineering. Richard is currently a member of the Catalyst Technology and Modeling group within ExxonMobil Process Research.
