Pratap Nair

Pratap is the Founder Director, President & CEO of Ingenero. At Ingenero, Pratap has played a key role in technically and commercially developing the technology based process and data analytics support business, since its inception in 2001. Pratap has held key positions, including Vice President at ChemShare and COO at Cadila Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals, where he developed and culminated several alliances, joint ventures and licensing arrangements with companies in the USA, Europe, Japan and Australia. He has considerable experience managing large teams and diverse operations in Chemical manufacturing and IT. Pratap was part of the pioneering team in process simulation and optimization applications in the eighties in Houston and has wide experience providing technology based services to the process industry globally. Pratap has a Ph.D from Rice University, Houston and a B.Tech (Institute Medalist) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, both in Chemical Engineering.
