Moussa Boukerche

Moussa Boukerche received his PhD in Chemical Engineering in 2005 from Université Claude Bernard Lyon I (France) under the supervision of Pr. Jean Paul Klein. He developed experimental methodologies for the screening of polymorphs to nucleate directly the most stable form from solution. Moussa is currently a member of the Center of Excellence for Isolation and Separation Technologies (CoExIST) at AbbVie Inc. (USA) where he is responsible for the design and development of crystallization processes in API manufacturing. Prior to AbbVie Inc., Moussa worked in the field of industrial crystallization for several companies, including Eli Lilly (USA), Pfizer (UK), Aughinish Alumina (Ireland) and SANOFI (France).
